This includes calculations based on loading, support systems, cable/wire fill and spacing, conductor types, securing of the cables and wire, and proper grounding and bonding.

Ben Fryer is the Managing Director and co-founder of NxGen Cabling and leads the company’s operations in Australia.
Clients benefit from his significant experience in the construction & electrical industries and particularly with Ben’s expertise in the delivery of services in the electrical trade.
In his career, Ben has successfully delivered major projects for clients operating in the mining, rail, commercial/ industrial property and public infrastructure sectors.
Ben takes personal responsibility for managing client relationships and ensuring the delivery of project outcomes for those clients.
The efficiency, effectiveness and reliability of NxGen’s service delivery to clients are driven by Bens leadership of the business.
Craig Douglas is a co-founder of NxGen Cabling and a shareholder in the company.
In a career of in excess of 35 years in public practice as an accountant and business advisor, Craig’s has provided advice to businesses in respect of their structure, governance, capital management, income tax and on strategies to pursue the sustainable growth of their business.
In the course of this work, he has garnered extensive experience in most sectors of the market but has particular experience in the property, building and construction industry.
